I have to say that this is one of the worst dealers in Miami. I had two AUDI's one A4 and one TT Roaster, the TT broke must of the time, the soft top was never working, always had problems with the Sensor Miami. I had two AUDI's one A4 and one TT Roaster, the TT broke must of the time, the soft top was never working, always had problems with the Sensors and brakes. The customer services is in fact the worst in its category. I can not believe that this dealer on which they sell very expensive cars such as PORSCHE, FERRARI, JAGUAR AND AUDI have this type of service. First when you leave the car for service it takes days for them to do the service, I had to wait two weeks for my car because one of the motor's of the soft-top broke as well the soft top broke 3 times at the end I preferred not to use the Soft top anymore. I also wanted a compensation when buying a new car but, it was their salesperson on which never gave me a chance. IN CONCLUSION NEVER BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER IT WILL BE A VERY BAD CHOICE!. More
Bouight a 2001 996 Cab and had excellent relatuionship with salesman who went out of his way to help. But, the car's GPS/radio/CD/computer system, known as PCM Communications Management system totally qui with salesman who went out of his way to help. But, the car's GPS/radio/CD/computer system, known as PCM Communications Management system totally quit while in the first year of warrantee. I was told that this system was not covered under the POC (Pre Owned Car)warrantee and charged $5000 for a rebuilt one. Letters to Porsche NA CEO, dealership owners and others eventually got me a reduction in the cost of the rebuilt unit, but I was still charged for the installation, and the repairs cost me two days away from work, hotel stay, etc. They didn't even offer a loaner while car was being serviced. Part of this problem is apparently with Porsche NA, not just the dealership. I have owned two other high end Porsches before and never had this kind of poor treatment. Bottom line is that I do not recommend this dealer for sales or service and I strongly recommend buyers get the real details on the so-called certified car program warrantee, which is a fraud because it apparently has some items and systems which are not covered. i had no problem what so ever with the customer service. i took my car in and by the same afternoon my Audi was ready to go. I have nothing but praise for teh work they did. The car came back driving like n i took my car in and by the same afternoon my Audi was ready to go. I have nothing but praise for teh work they did. The car came back driving like new. I even had rims put in at The Collection and they came out perfect. If there was one problem i have with these guys is that sometimes i don't feel very welcomed. I had a good experience using them and owuld go back wheneveer I need anything done to my Audi. I cannot comment on the pricing because i did not purchase my Audi at The Collection. More
As an Audi owner living in Miami, I have no convenient choice as to which dealership to take my car in for service. This is the only one!! (The next closest one is half an hour a way in N. Miami Beach). choice as to which dealership to take my car in for service. This is the only one!! (The next closest one is half an hour a way in N. Miami Beach). I have been dealing with The Collection for over five years now and my experience with them has been way below expectations. You expect better service from a high end establishment like this, but what you get is mediocre customer service. I once had problems with the acceleration and it took about five visits and almost a year for them to figure out that all they had to do was clean out the throttle cable. Prices are very high. I don't know how they compare to other high end dealerships, but i think their labor rate is up to $100 an hour!! (That's for labor alone!!) I've had several other problems with them, but a couple reoccuring ones are unreturned phone calls, delays in the "promised" turn around time of your car, and you have to schedule an appoinment for service weeks in advance. I would not recommend this dealership at all, but then again, there aren't any choices for Audi service in Miami. More
Dishonest, incompetent, and rude. Not only do they keep my car for weeks at a time, not only do they try to charge me for items that are covered under warranty, not only do they go joyriding in my Porsche my car for weeks at a time, not only do they try to charge me for items that are covered under warranty, not only do they go joyriding in my Porsche and put 10-40 miles on it nearly every time I bring it in for service, not only do their xxxxxxx wash my car with a brillo pad, but I will inevitably have to bring my car back MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THEN THEY ACT AS IF THEY'RE DOING ME SOME GREAT FAVOR BY WASTING MY TIME! The Collection is not interested in fixing your car, only replacing parts on Porsche's dime. I honestly can't think of a single nice thing to say about their service department. Seriously, what a bunch of xxxxx! More
Amazingly high turnover, in 4 years I have yet to see the same service reps. Instead, they provide mediocre to bad service, taking 3 weeks to give appointments, and yet at the end of the service have the au same service reps. Instead, they provide mediocre to bad service, taking 3 weeks to give appointments, and yet at the end of the service have the audacity to tell you they need a 5 on the rating (Audi calls and asks for ratings) or they loose their job. The thing is...they really do lose their jobs, and that is why you can never get familiar with a rep because when you visit again, they won't be working there. (3 years, met 6 who've been fired)<br>It's a strange trip they put you on of guilt and frustration. Whereas you know you've paid for better service, you feel bad giving low ratings cause the guy could lose his/her job and they'll put you on the spot and question a low rating the next time you visit. Uncomfortable to do honest business with. More
Was thinking about buying a Jag or Audi. Settled on a Jag XJR, which was delivered two weeks ago. I have a great deal of experience with car sales. Used to sell cars myself and also was purchasing manager fo XJR, which was delivered two weeks ago. I have a great deal of experience with car sales. Used to sell cars myself and also was purchasing manager for a fleet of over 300 cars. Never have I ever received such good service for a first purchase. (I also own a Lexus and Lexus of Kendall is great but not quite in the same class as The Collection.) I never felt I was being taken. Only once did the salesman have to check with his manager and that was in regard to a special order for a specific paint color that would not normally be available. Got an extremely great price with which I feel very comfortable. After sales, so far, is great. Am not expecting that to change. They really pamper you, spoil you and make you feel that you are important to them. The physical building (showrooms and service center) is also one of the nicest I have seen. Overall - great experience. Oh, the car is phenomenal also. More
Many customers have nothing but complaints about this dealership. From Ferrari to Porsche, the Service department is regarded as arrogant, and unaccomodating. The one exception is the parts department wh dealership. From Ferrari to Porsche, the Service department is regarded as arrogant, and unaccomodating.
