Audi Q5 Rafael Valenzuela at the The Collection delivered my wife and I 5-Star service. It was the best dealer service we have experienced in our 25 years of Rafael Valenzuela at the The Collection delivered my wife and I 5-Star service. It was the best dealer service we have experienced in our 25 years of purchasing automobiles. I made an initial contact about 3 months before my lease-end date. Rafael proactively followed up with us about a month in advance of the lease-end date. We scheduled an appt with him - when we arrived he had a model we were interested in parked in the customer receiving area - he presented a full vehicle exterior and interior walk around noting all of the latest vehicle upgrade and features. Rafael gave us the keys for a test drive and noted additional key features as we drove the car. Upon returning we noted we loved the car - but really wanted a darker color. He made a call and had a beautiful dark blue with saddle interior prep’d for us within an hour and drove home in our new Q5. We were absolutely delighted with the service and preparations and gladly recommend The Collection and especially Rafael! More
