I prearranged with my Service Advisor five days ago to have my Porsche 911’s battery replaced today, May 12, 2025. I discussed with him more than several times in the ensuing days that the car’s battery have my Porsche 911’s battery replaced today, May 12, 2025. I discussed with him more than several times in the ensuing days that the car’s battery was completely dead and needs to be replaced. We discussed the car needed to be towed-in because the battery was completely dead. I told him the car would be towed-in today. I then had the 911 towed into The Collection today. My Service Advisor then calls me at 4:50pm, after several hours of them having my car, to tell me that they don’t have my battery in stock. Was he not listening when we discussed more than several times that the battery needed to be replaced once it was towed in today?!!!? And, then they don’t have my battery and want to keep my car overnight after I arranged with the tow company to bring back my car today! This is not good customer service. I am so disappointed. More
I have been trying to reach a human at your local and 800 phone numbers for 3 days...no one answers the phone for sales or for operator for assistance.
