Very dishonest I purchased a vehicle from TDR on Dec 28th and was told I should get my title in a couple weeks. I called on Jan 22nd since I had not gotten it yet an I purchased a vehicle from TDR on Dec 28th and was told I should get my title in a couple weeks. I called on Jan 22nd since I had not gotten it yet and the temp tag was running out. I was told it would be overnighted that day or the next, I waited until the 25 and called back to be told it wasn’t ready on the 23rd so they sent it yesterday and I should have received it today. I asked for the tracking number and was put on hold for a few minutes and when she gave it to me i looked it up and it showed she just made the label while I was on the phone with them. She straight lied about it being sent the previous day. If they lie about something so simple I can only imagine how unethical this business actually is and what else they actually lied about. I would beware of doing business with them and I will never do business with them again! Update: I get the paperwork and now I have to pay to get a new inspection because it is expired and pay a late fee to get it licensed. They make you pay a $200 processing fee to do the paperwork and don’t even get the paperwork to you in time. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with. More

Just lookin Seriously, that’s how it started. Then I quickly realized that the trucks I was looking at were GONE! Sold! All in one day. To me that speaks volumes Seriously, that’s how it started. They ain’t struggling to keep the lights on so they ain’t pressuring you to buy something. Sure they want your business but in no way, shape, or form did I ever feel “pressured” to buy a truck. xxxx if anything I was pressuring them cause I knew the truck I wanted wasn’t gonna last around there!
