I sent over my information and was told I was already approved and ready to drive. I asked if they were sure twice before I left 30 min drive. I purchased insurance and went to pick up vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told there was no work done for the approval process. I was lied to that I was approved only to be denied after arriving. They didn’t not do any work before I arrived, even though they said they had an approval from the bank and I was good to go. It was a blatant lie. More
Never again. Couple tips before you decide to experience snake-oil salesmanship. 1) If it is an out of state vehicle, and you also live out of state, expect to wait an unreasonable time to get your title snake-oil salesmanship. 1) If it is an out of state vehicle, and you also live out of state, expect to wait an unreasonable time to get your title. We waited almost 3 months, made a dozen phone calls, and were forced to drive on expired temp tags for two of those months. Only after demanding dealer plates be overnighted, did our title miraculously show up at their office shortly thereafter. Here's the kicker, we went to our state's treasurer office to register it the day we received it, only to find out they didn't fill out the back of the title correctly. Another week's worth of back and forth via phone/mail to get sorted out. Unacceptable and unprofessional. 2) This is just simple oversight on our part, but worth mentioning. These are not mint cars. Aesthetically, maybe. (They certainly don't spare on the amount of gloss product they apply) Mechanically, not likely. There will be an underlying issue in a short time that rears its head. We asked to see the vehicle maintenance history and I glossed over that it had it's A/C recharged with freon. My bad, and I own that. However, that was a $3300 dollar mistake on a $21,000 purchase. The evaporator coil under the dash had a leak ($2000), which must've been a pre-existing issue because then the compressor burned out ($1300) due to running without freon. They will not mention mechanical issues (pre-existing or existing) and the severity it will cause your checkbook, so be on alert. Negotiate accordingly. Have an extra 20% in your bank account to account for the type of vehicles this dealership sells its customers, or better yet, take your business elsewhere. You might spend more upfront, but you'll be ahead in the long run. 3) Anticipate that every vehicle you're interested in will have the salesman's buddy over to his house that night to look it over and buy it. Their buddies will be extremely interested and waiting to write a check if you don't buy it on the spot. Here's a tip. Let their buddy buy it. Caveat emptor. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were all professional but with down to earth, good ol' boy, no stuffy shirt mannerisms, their attitudes made my buying experience very pleasant.
