updated I purchased a Tacoma in June and my sales guy was Dave Radcliff who was great. Since the purchase of the truck I've had an issue that requires a manager to help me. I've been calling every week for 4 weeks now and still no returned call. so Instead of picking up the phone and calling me, he asked Dave to call me and see what could be done to help me. So I explained to Dave the situation and he agreed that Mike would have to take care of it and he would have mike call me. Mike says he called and left a message, but I have no missed calls or voicemails from Mike. AND I speak to Mr. Radcliff on almost a daily basis right now with no issues whatsoever. I make sure to keep my phone near me at all times as I don't want to miss a call from him. at this point, At this point I am in touch with Mr. Szott to see if I can get some sort of management involvement. I've given him over four weeks now as I am a patient man, but at this point I am blown away and I will not stop if Mr. Szott can't get mike to call me. More

Buying a car is suppose to be a This letter was sent to Mr. Szott's 2 weeks ago with no response. My husband has been a devoted Szott's customer. Buying a car is suppose to be an exciting time especially for a man who has worked extremely hard his entire life taking care of everyone else and always putting their needs above his own. Unfortunately, today, Szott's stole that dream from him and made purchasing a vehicle a nightmare! Three years ago, he purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra Platinum. He really enjoyed the vehicle until someone decided to deface his truck and etched wax into the passenger's side door for no apparent reason. We couldn't remove the wax since it was etched in. Every time he looked at the vehicle it reminded him of the defacing, but he didn't complain. Recently, it came time for an oil change and the need for new tires so he made his appointment. I suggested maybe he would like to look at the new 2017 Tundra and possibly upgrade. Surprisingly, we found one on the lot in Waterford. He went there Monday 'just to look' He was taken by the truck, new with no scratches, no memories of someone malicious behavior--a brand new, clean and shiny truck. He worked with David Radcliffe to finance a deal. David told him that he got the best financing he could get and 'that 2.9% financing was a thing of the past'. David also told him that they even checked Chase. He signed all the paperwork and went home expecting to trade in his 2014 vehicle for the 2017 on Thursday. Tuesday night, when I was off, we decided to review the paperwork. That is when I noticed that the 'best financing' was 4.09%! I was shocked and voiced my concerns to him. Apparently in all the rush of getting his new vehicle, he didn't realize that the rate was that high. On Wednesday, he called Chase and was informed that they would do the deal at 1.9%. He went there and was instantly approved because of his good credit. He immediately went to Szott's looking for David to tell him to stop the deal. David wasn't there, but he ran into Lawrence Dixon. He explained what had happened and Lawrence said, 'didn't he run the finance through Chase?" and my husband said, 'he told me he did, but according to Chase, he did not." Mind you, this is the guy, Mr. Radcliffe, who writes on your website, "I have made it my goal to treat each customer the way I would like to be treated if I were purchasing a vehicle...with honesty and respect." Apparently not! Today, my husband went back to Szott's to tell them that Chase had a better deal and he was going with Chase. This time he encountered, Steve Sanker, the finance manager. Long story short, Steve rudely told him it's a done deal and there is nothing he can do about it! I guess Steve lives up to HIS on-line review as well when someone wrote: "Steve Sanker, completely ruined my car buying experience!" We agree. Not only was my husband lied to, but they took advantage of his honesty and inexperience in car haggling. I know this is not the reputation that you want to be known for or one that you portray, therefore, I am asking you to please, correct this wrong, so this extremely hard-working, selfless man, can look at his new vehicle with pride and not have to relive the nightmare of today over and over again every time he looks at this truck! He could be your father, your brother, your son--would you want someone doing this to your family member? I don't think you would especially with the Szott's family dealership that you say you have. Please right this wrong and allow him to either finance with Chase or match Chase's deal! I appreciate you taking the time to read this email--I know you will do the right thing--my husband deserves to be treated like the special man that he is and the special man who will give the shirt of his back for anyone in need. Please correct this wrong. *** Sent this 2 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING from Mr. Szott!! Since we hadn't heard from Mr. Szott and also lost the 1.99% with Chase since it became a 'refinance' after Szott's refused to allow the Chase deal. We did refinance with our bank because we didn't want Szott's or Toyota getting any more money from us and closed one day before we finally heard from Mr. Szott (said he was out of the country). He had offered to get us the deal with Chase, but it was too late. He also stated that Chase didn't offer them that rate when they checked, but Chase told us, NO ONE from the dealership EVER ran a report--Chase checked twice! When Mr. Szott found out we had refinanced, he said he was sorry and that there was nothing else he could do. More

The whole package. Service Manager Brian Michelin goes above and beyond in customer service. Our Service Rep Antoine Tucker is like family - he keeps us safely on the road year after year. We have a choice of three Toyota dealerships in our area. We wouldn't dream of taking our 2012 Rav4 or 2008 Highlander LE anywhere else. More

Every time I return for service I become more impressed with this dealership and the leader of the service department Brian Michelin. Nothing is ever a problem and there is a high level of commitment to the Toyota product.
