Awesome Experience Two thumbs up. I took my 2007 Tacoma to Szott Toyota to have the frame inspected and it failed inspection. Brian the service manager took pictures and Two thumbs up. I took my 2007 Tacoma to Szott Toyota to have the frame inspected and it failed inspection. Brian the service manager took pictures and measurements of the hole. He then submitted the results to Toyota. Within two days Toyota approved the frame replacement. It took two or three weeks for the frame and related parts to arrive. Szott replaced the frame in five days. They did a phenomenal job. The whole process was totally stress free from start to finish.. This is our first Toyota vehicle we have owned and Toyota,Szott and Brian (a big emphasis on Brian) has made me loyal customer for life. I will not hesitate to purchase a Toyota for my future vehicle and have service performed at Szotts facility. More

Everything was done in 15 minutes - which means that the service staff was ready to go before 8 a.m. as well. It was well worth the drive and I would highly recommend this service center. More

We found an online ad for a 2012 preowned RAV4, so we contacted Christian by email. He was patient and understanding about the many questions we had on this vehicle since we were 2 1/2 hours away. We finally settled on a Saturday, but schedules got hectic, and Christian offered to meet us in Lansing to finalize the deal. He was respectful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, so finishing up the paperwork in a parking lot in Lansing on a Saturday afternoon, was easy. I strongly recommend Christian, and would gladly buy another vehicle from him in the future. More

He repeatedly worked out the numbers on multiple vehicles, showing me the figures for buying and leasing as I requested, Anthony kept in touch by email and phone, and was friendly, kind and courteous each of the three days I talked with him. I decided on the Kia Soul as the payments were lower, but I would not hesitate to highly recommend Anthony at Szott M-59 Toyota if you're in the market for a Toyota! More
