It was due to her outgoing personality on the phone that we ended up at several Toyota dealers to see who had what in stock. Mariya took the call. Meanwhile, the salesperson made it his priority to help 2 customers that came in the dealership AFTER us! After the quote was delivered, he could not be bothered to show us any vehicles, take us on a test drive, or give us a quote on our trade-in. We asked to be helped by another salesperson, but were told, "They are all busy." After 40 minutes of being ignored, we walked out and drove to another dealership...where we were promptly helped, allowing us to purchase the car we wanted the same day. More
