As with many people, I started my shopping online. I picked out a specific model I wanted to look at, and called a few of the nearby dealers to see if they had one available to drive. Szott happened to picked out a specific model I wanted to look at, and called a few of the nearby dealers to see if they had one available to drive. Szott happened to have one in stock, and I went in for a quick test drive not long after calling. The test drive was very easy, very painless. Tony took me out to the car, showed me a couple things, and off I went. Afterwards, there was no real pressure to act right away on it or anything. I went back on Monday to look at the car again, though I had my mind pretty much set by that point. We looked at the car again and took it for a shorter drive once more before making a final decision. Again, there was no real pressure to purchase right away. I fact, I kinda had to imply that I was really ready to go for it right then and there before we actually got the paperwork started. Financing with Toni was pretty easy as well. She's extremely nice and very easy to work with. We even managed to work through a few complications with my out of state license and everything. As expected this process did get a little lengthy, and a slight oversight on my part during the early paperwork added some delay in as well. But I wouldn't say it was too bad. Not enough to detract from the over service I received. The last part of it all was above-and-beyond what I expected from any dealer. I'm living up here by myself, and didn't have family or know anybody nearby well enough to have them drop me off at the dealer to pick up the car. Tony volunteered to pick me up at my apartment and bring me back to the dealer to pick up the car the next day after I got off from work. Maybe this is something not uncommon and I've just never seen somebody buying a car in a similar situation to mine. But I was definitely impressed and didn't expect that to be an option. More

(seems you have a few dog-lovers working for you). i called BRIAN to ask the cost to add a roof rack to my FJ and he "just so happened" to have a used one, at a reduced price, that another customer had to remove due to his low garage roof. BRIAN was a pleasure to deal with and we had lots of laughs. when my radio was malfunctioning and needed replacing, i received a phone call a couple of weeks later from ANTOINE indicating that the manufacturer had found a cd that i had left in the player by accident and wanted to let me know that it was safe and i could come by anytime to pick it up. wow, how nice that he took the time to make that phone call to me. - very impressive. We went to look for a new Toyota and met Alvaro Acevedo who greeted us upon our arrival. Al knew what we were looking for from a phone call we made 2 hours prior to our visit. Al took us to look at a Toyota Hybrid which was like the one were were interested in purchasing. Al was really geeked about the product and gave us a detailed tour of the Camry XLE Hybrid. We ordered one and then waited 2 weeks before we got the call that the vehicle had arrived. On a Friday afternoon at 2pm, we raced to the Szott M-59 Toyota Dealership and Al introduced us to Jennifer Kolp,one of his New Car Sales Consultants. While Al took care of the paperwork, Jennifer gave us a primer on the features of our brand new Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid.Jennifer even went so far as to help us with setting up our I-phones. By 6 PM we had traded in our "old" Toyota and headed home smiling at the whole process while driving our new car. People can make a difference and both Al and Jennifer made a positive difference to us. We already know where we'll buy our next Toyota. More

Once they discovered that we were looking for a 2012 Camry Hybrid with certain equipment they showed us a vehicle just like the one which we were looking to purchase. There was only one thing wrong, the vehicle was just sold to another customer. No problem, they said. we"ll order exactly what you need". So in less than 3 weeks we received another call on a friday afternoon telling us our vehicle has just been delivered. By 3pm we were at Szott M-50 Totota and Jennifer gave us a grand primer on our Camry XLE Hybrid while Al worked up all the paperwork. We traded in our 2004 Sienna Minivan and drove out with our first brand spanking new Toyota Camry Hybrid in less than 3 hours. Jennifer and crew even set up our I-Phones so we could brag about the whole experience on the way home. I think we'll be buying another vehicle from these folks just as soon as our other Toyota Sienna wears out. This was overall, a great experience. Recommended. More
