I have been a loyal Toyota customer for years until approximately 2008 when the dealership I had been doing business with changed management, and when I went in to purchase a vehicle, I didn't even rec approximately 2008 when the dealership I had been doing business with changed management, and when I went in to purchase a vehicle, I didn't even recognize what they were. And after scrambling around to different dealerships, I had decided that I would not purchase another Toyota until last week when I was in immediate need for another vehicle. Since I was on a very limited timeframe -as in asap - I felt it would be better to stick with what I know. I didn't have the luxury of exploring other manufacturers. I looked on the Inet on different dealers websites for pricing and deals. Szott had the best listed prices and deals, so I called the dealership and the Sales Manager just happened to answer the telephone. That in itself was astonishing. He was very friendly and HONEST, Alvaro Acevedo. When I called back with a question, he was unavailable, but I then spoke with Mariya Ginzburg who was just as honest, knowledgable, and very very nice. So we basically agreed to the deal on the telephone, all I had to do was go to the dealership and sign the paperwork. The deal they gave me was phenomenal, lowered by interest rate, cashbacks, great trade-in value, and price on my new Camry LE. And to top it off the Business Manager completed the deal. Customer service is a term that is tossed around these days, but seldom used. Szott makes you feel like royalty! I can't thank these guys enough for everything!! More
