Having purchased many vehicles over the past 35 years, I was extremely pleased to return to Szott Toyota (where we purchased our first Toyota Sienna in 2005) via the internet and was almost immediately cont was extremely pleased to return to Szott Toyota (where we purchased our first Toyota Sienna in 2005) via the internet and was almost immediately contacted by Jennifer Kolp! I explained that my Honda Accord had lost its transmission after only 90,000 miles when I was once again leaving the state on business. She helped me quickly and efficiently find an acceptable vehicle which my teenage son would enjoy after I was through with my temporary use. Jennifer was the reason for me calling again the next morning, and after her attentive and informative direction, I was able to complete my insurance card and an on-line lease application! After I arrived at the dealership, I was 5 minutes late, she was still very prepared and the process started smoothly and with all the answers I desired. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer and the Lease Execution gentlemen were the epitome of an informed, genuinely concerned (often a lost trait in today's sales staff)and extremely attentive to my needs and questions, all the while constantly checking on the physical and paperwork status of my purchase. Professionalism can't be taught but luckily some people just are able to maintain it no matter the situation, Jennifer is definitely one of them and I will recommend her not only when asked about car purchasing, but whenever someone wants to feel like a valued customer. My experience at Szott Toyota was exceptional. I've been a loyal Toyota buyer since 1976. I was in the market for a red 2012 Camry XLE. I had researched online resources for pricing and visited three (3) a loyal Toyota buyer since 1976. I was in the market for a red 2012 Camry XLE. I had researched online resources for pricing and visited three (3) other dealers prior to coming to Szott. I knew the price I wanted to pay, the trade-in value I needed and the financing I wanted. From the time I walked into the Szott, I had a wonderful experience. Jose Arellano was a spectacular sales consultant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, direct, respectful of me, my needs and time constraints. He had the car on the lot, gave me the price I wanted, 0% financing, and the price I wanted for my trade-in. I was going out of town the next day, and Jose emailed the paperwork so I could complete it on the road. The day I picked up my car, Jose spent time walking the through the new features of the 2012 Camry. He patiently set my phone book, radio stations, and made sure I understood all the new "bells and whistles". Dave Garon made the financial end of the purchase a pleasure. My wife and I were each driving 2 door cars and had a son in April, needless to say we needed something with four doors! They didn't have the exact vehicle my wife wanted and told us they could get it but it would be a day or 2. This is the second time when I am leasing a Toyota car in the last three years with the same Dealer SZOTT M- 59 in Waterford, Michigan. My car lease was expiring and therefore I had to stop at a few dealers the last three years with the same Dealer SZOTT M- 59 in Waterford, Michigan. I was determined to find the best car and offer for my money. Monday after work, I stopped at Toyota dealership in Waterford with the intent to see the cars and collect their offer as well. Nick Nabozny showed me a few cars, we test drive four of them and by the closing time, my old car was upraised and the new one ready to go.
