Hickson) and I have loyally followed the dealership from Bloomfield to Waterford to Szott 59. We have bought 2 Camrys, an Avalon, a Prius, and a used Kia from here, along with service. A recent event, however, in Service was spectacular!!! I own a 2003 Camry with 188,000+ miles and love it. Unfortunately, it had a large dent in the passenger side bumper from a small accident, along with the area around the front light and above the bumper that was raised. Several repair shops and even some of your service folks thought the bumper and areas around should be replaced---approx. $1,500 were the estimates I received at various shops. With being unemployed right now, I cannot afford that. I had been told by several friends, etc., that the large dent could be "bumped" out, but no one seemed to be able to want to try that method. But along comes BRIAN MICHELIN, your fabulous Service Mgr, and says, "I may be able to do something about that big dent by heating up the plastic and gently pushing it out. Let me at least try." And he and his staff did try and did succeed!!!! In two separate sessions, (last week and today) the two areas of the bumper and other car area were bumped out and maneuvered to now resemble a normal car! It looks 1,000% better and I am so happy and appreciative!!! I will now sand and paint part of the area and my Camry will look almost brand new. The thoughtful, creative reasoning and wonderful skills that Brian Michelin exhibited were fantastic, especially after so many "car folks" poo-pooed the idea over the last year. Brian went the extra mile for me, without even knowing that I had been a loyal customer. I called to talk to the GM at Szott to get his take on the situation at Toyota's advice. He was amazing. I brought my vehicle to Szott for the repairs. There have been multiple problems with my van and Brian the service manager has gone above and beyond my expectations. If not for him I truly believe the safety issues would have never been resolved. I would have lost all faith in Toyota. Instead, after working with both Brian and the new sales manager Dan, my husband purchased a new Camry hybrid. We had a substantial discount with Ford but the dealer my husband worked with as well as Dan made the purchase a much better deal both financially and service based. I personally have no issue driving 15 minutes farther and passing two closer dealerships to come to Szott for all of our car care needs. More

After visiting several close to home and becoming disappointed, my wife and I decided to contact Szott M59 Toyota (Costco recommendation). We were interested this time in a Toyota Highlander. At Szott’s we met Eugene Ilin who immediately greeted us in a very friendly and helpful manner. He provided us with a couple options one of which was a 2008 Highlander Sport vehicle. We didn’t think we would be purchasing a new vehicle right away, but after meeting Eugene and the help he gave us along with his knowledge of the vehicle’s features we were sold. We ended up buying this certified Highlander at a nice price and couldn’t be happier. In addition, Andy, finance manager, was great to work with on the paperwork, as it was a seamless process, quick and easy. We were very impressed. Subsequently when I mentioned to Andy we had forgotten to include mats and that the owner's manual was missing he immediately talked to his manager to work out an arrangement for us. We still can’t get over the service we’ve been provided with this car buying experience. We have passed the word on to friends and family that if they’re looking for a new car, go to Szott M59 Toyota. More

I called Szott Toyota and explained that I wanted to look at a new Prius and see what I could get for my trade in, but that I would have a 3-year-old with me and I didn't want to spend much time. They had the Prius waiting for me when I pulled up, helped me put the car seat in, took my car to be appraised and we were out for a test drive. They were honest, up-front and helpful the entire time. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and let me take the Prius home for the night to see if it worked for my life. The next day, I called and said I would take it and we immediately came to an agreement on a fair price. I did financing from home on-line. I returned to the dealership to sign some paperwork and off I went. They handled everything - quickly, professionally and without any hassle or haggling. When I realized that I needed a new car I was filled with dread at the thought of the process. So much so, I wasn't going to do it. But, friends told me that Szott would take care of me and they were right! I highly recommend everyone at Szott Toyota!! More
