I went in at 11 am to look at a Rav4, and by 3 pm I was picking it up to take home. I work around the corner and was able to go back to work and then come back and get the car. The morning I embarked on the adventure to buy a used car, I had my guard up and game face on. The pep talk from my father and brother helped prepare me for the day's shenanigans. I immediately felt that my family had over reacted because I had a very friendly, straightforward, productive conversation with Suzanne about what I wanted and could afford. After a reasonable amount of time and a test drive, I had the information I needed and at that point, wanted to buy the Prius I was looking at! But who buys the FIRST car they look at?? Well, I should have. I left the lot with that Prius on my mind and preceded to 3 other dealerships where I was lied to and manipulated, given the "old school" used car salesman treatment. Hours of time were sucked up, waiting in waiting rooms, waiting for information that in my opinion they already had. I wanted to go back and buy the Prius. The next morning I allowed the torture to last even longer when I went to one more dealership. At this point I waved the white flag and contacted Suzanne, fingers crossed, to see if the Prius was still available. It was! Not only did she greet me with a smile, the Prius was washed, running and waiting for me. I knew it was the right decision. Suzanne and Andy then worked hard to figure out the financing. They absolutely stayed true to the original numbers we had discussed the day before and i was so impressed with the honesty and commitment to do right by me, the customer. My parents are now customers of this dealership and on the way out, I told a stranger looking at cars on the lot to buy a car from Suzanne at Scott Toyota! More

Suzanne Zoellner was the saleswoman, and she was great. No BS, had all the paperwork on the vehicle, and all the work that the dealership had done for the resale of the car. I arranged to buy the car, and the sale went through quickly. After purchase, Suzanne helped me export my car by meeting the shipper and taking car of the handover while I was out of town. Great experience for me, and terrific service. I would go there again. More
