Wonderful experience I was in the market to trade in my Toyota Prius 2010 with a new Toyota Avalon Hybrid 2014. I went to different dealerships. Salesperson Ray worked har I was in the market to trade in my Toyota Prius 2010 with a new Toyota Avalon Hybrid 2014. I went to different dealerships. Salesperson Ray worked hard to get me the best deal for the trade in and purchase price. Manager Tim kept his word to beat other's prices. Ray even lend me a new car while waiting for my Avalon to come from Ohio which took several days. He did not try to pressure me into anything ( although Brian did). It was a nice experience and I am satisfied. Thank you. More

Helpful and Friendly Seller I went there for buying a used certified Toyota Corolla. At first I found their price really reasonable in comparison with other Toyota dealers. After negotiating with Suzanne I can say this shopping was an enjoyable experience. She was really friendly and flexible in negotiation. Although I didn't want to sell my Chevy Cobalt to a dealer, but she proposed a good price and finally I sold it to them. Although the financial office of their dealership was a little bit busy and me and my wife waited almost for a long time, but they were supportive and came some time to ask if we need anything and apologized for the long waiting. At the end when I called back her after 30 days to ask a question about paying the car installment, she again tried to help me with patient and directed me to write person to solve my problem. In general, I'm very satisfied about this business with them and I recommend it to others. More

I've always been apprehensive of dealers thinking of them as individuals who are very brash, dominating, and short tempered. This is my second attempt post a precious attempt where that dealer attempted to strong arm and bully me into a purchase. The kind folks here were albeit direct but patient with my queries and requests. From Ray in sales being a straight shooter with prices, deductions, and promotions we were able to work out a feasible deal for my student budget. The whole process was quick and efficient. I recommend Ray for both new and old car buyers alike. Shot out to both Tim for filling in for finance when they were incredibly busy so I did not need to wait longer then needed. Also for Antoinette helping me reprogram my cars functions so it was more customized for me. Overall great experience from start to finish, incredibly accommodating, I would recommend them to a friend. More
Camry Lease I decided to investigate leasing a Camry from Szott Toyota even though the dealership is 30 minutes from my house. I had worked with two other closer I decided to investigate leasing a Camry from Szott Toyota even though the dealership is 30 minutes from my house. I had worked with two other closer Toyota dealerships in the past and was not totally satisfied with either for one reason or another. At Szott my wife and I were very fortunate in spending a considerable amount of time with Denise McLean, who helped us find the exact car I was looking for. Tim Maxwell, the sales manager, also helped expedite the search. Since Szott did not have the color I wanted, Tim arranged to have a car with the right specifications driven in from Cleveland. Denise and Tim bent over backwards to make sure that I was totally happy. I should add that I found Denise, not to be low pressure, but to be zero pressure. In addition, she is extremely friendly and most informative. Also, the Szott Toyota dealership is a model of cleanliness with a totally comfortable service waiting room. In sum, my experience with Denise, Tim, and Szott was completely positive. Denise gets my highest recommendation for anyone who wants to buy or lease a Toyota. More

He was able to deal with my indecisiveness and help me out and not even caring after looking at several cars. He is a very calm soul. I have to say that we are very excited about our new car and am so glad that Ray was able to help us out. We look forward to dealing with Ray Sadler again after our lease is up. Thank you! More

She was always prompt in her replies and very thorough. When it came time to buy, we made an appointment with Denise. The whole buying process went smoothly and efficiently. She treated us in a very friendly, helpful and pleasant manner. I would certainly recommend Denise for anyone buying a Toyota. More
