We recently had a service problem happen while our RAV 4 was 200 miles away and dealing with the particular Toyota dealership we took it to was a Nightmare. When things started going sideways, we called Antoine. His research and clarification on Toyota policy showed that instead of a charge of $2300, the repair should be $0 as the part was under special warranty. Talk about "Saving the Day!" and that's not the only time Antoine and the Szott dealership have given us 100% satisfaction. Their attention to detail on Every service visit ranks them far above other Toyota dealerships in our area. I'll only bring my car here I took my car in for a routine oil change the guy there Joe'l was nothing but helpful. The one thing that really stood out to me is he listen to my concerns and didn't just write me off as a woman. I had taken my card to a mechanic to have an auto start put in they ruined my hazard lights when I try to log into them I was ignored but when I brought it in here he listened to my concerns and found out the hazard lights were unplugged. This employee was so caring and attentive you could tell he really loves his job. I highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs because you won't leave with anything but a smile. More
