We recently had a service problem happen while our RAV 4 was 200 miles away and dealing with the particular Toyota dealership we took it to was a Nightmare. When things started going sideways, we called Antoine. His research and clarification on Toyota policy showed that instead of a charge of $2300, the repair should be $0 as the part was under special warranty. Talk about "Saving the Day!" and that's not the only time Antoine and the Szott dealership have given us 100% satisfaction. Their attention to detail on Every service visit ranks them far above other Toyota dealerships in our area.
