I had a 2013 Rav4 and traded it in for a limited for the power seat mainly. However, I love the upgraded radio, moon roof, navigation and the overall ride. I am in love with this car. I also know this dealership has an excellent service department and body shop. I hit a deer with my 2013 and it was fixed so well, you could not even tell it was repaired. It looked brand new. Kay Most was thorough in explaining the features of the car. She went beyond expectations in explaining and setting up the technical features of the car which were unfamiliar to me because I haven't bought a car in 11 years. She also explained the financial incentives clearly. The personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging delivery to my home. What a very nice surprise. The manager and loan staff were knowledgeable and upbeat. Altogether a great experience that I would recommend to other people in the marker for a Toyota. More
