Brian Michelin took excellent care of my truck and made sure I was not inconvenienced, at all. From my rental vehicle, to making sure everything was done right, to doing everything he could to accommodate my schedule. I was not asked to pay for any extra's that were a result of the warranty work. I did elect to have my transmission flushed, new shocks and an oil change. These were things I wanted to do and I figured I might as well do while the truck was in the shop. I have also worked with Brian in the past, way before he came to Szott Toyota, and he has always been great to work with. He knows all the tricks and quirks of the vehicles and fixes them accordingly without over charging for work that does not need to be done. More
