No pressure dealership with wonderful service department. Well, I was thinking maybe it was time to try out a new car since this would be my 3rd Toyota in a row. But after returning to the dealership to take back my leased Camry, I changed my mind. The new Camry 2016 rides like a dream. The gas mileage is great and I love the new Ruby color. Ray Sadler, our salesman and Brian Michelin, service manager are excellent gentlemen to deal with. I trust them both to take good care of our transaction as well as our car. Every time I have brought my car in for the Free Car Care at every 5000 miles my vehicle is returned clean and well serviced. Ray is an easy guy to work with and really makes the purchase simple and NON confusing.I think it only took us minutes to make up our mind after we asked Ry a few simple questions between the Corolla and the Camry. Only thing I would improve was the speed of the paper work processing. There were 2 other additional customers there buying cars that night, but I feel that this are could be better handled with in the dealership. Seemed to take a bit longer than I hoped. I am very happy with the efficiency, product knowledge, and helpfulness of our salesman Ray. We will deal with him again in the future. More

2007 Toyota Tacoma frame replacement Not sure I can say enough good things about how satisfied I am with the frame replacement on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck. Brian Michelin took excelle Not sure I can say enough good things about how satisfied I am with the frame replacement on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck. Brian Michelin took excellent care of my truck and made sure I was not inconvenienced, at all. From my rental vehicle, to making sure everything was done right, to doing everything he could to accommodate my schedule. I was not asked to pay for any extra's that were a result of the warranty work. I did elect to have my transmission flushed, new shocks and an oil change. These were things I wanted to do and I figured I might as well do while the truck was in the shop. I have also worked with Brian in the past, way before he came to Szott Toyota, and he has always been great to work with. He knows all the tricks and quirks of the vehicles and fixes them accordingly without over charging for work that does not need to be done. More
