Purchased a new 2015 Prius When we first walked into this dealer, we had to wait about fifteen minutes before someone was able to help us. Our sales person, Kay Most, was amazi When we first walked into this dealer, we had to wait about fifteen minutes before someone was able to help us. Our sales person, Kay Most, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable when it comes to the Prius. She has a great personality and was very friendly to us. The manager was not very friendly. He didn't come introduce himself to us which I thought was quite rude and he was not willing to negotiate. Another experience that was unpleasant to us was when we had to deal with finance. I think his name was James, he was not very nice at all. He made us feel like we were stupid when we refused to include the plate fee into our monthly payment when we wanted to pay it upfront. Overall, I would say Kay is the reason why would we ever go back to this place. More
