The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous. I went to Szott Toyota initially to look at a used Toyota Highlander based on the car's reputation, but soon realized it was not the car for me. As luck would have it, they just happened to have a 2018 Niss Highlander based on the car's reputation, but soon realized it was not the car for me. As luck would have it, they just happened to have a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder that suited me perfectly. Gordie, the salesperson was straightforward and honest with me. At no time did I feel I was being manipulated or pressured. I've been putting off looking for another car just because I dreaded the whole shopping and buying experience. But I had a good experience at Szott Toyota and I ended up with a great car at a much lower price than I expected to pay. I would definitely buy another car from them. More
