Just bought a 2025 Ram 1500 SST. They didn't have the truck I wanted so they were getting it from a different dealer. Well the first truck they found had everything I wanted. So the next truck they found was supposed to be the exact same truck with a couple of upgrades which was great. Luka the sales guy knew I had 4 Requirements, Hurricane motor, 20" chrome wheels, Chrome side steps, And level 2. So I get to the dealer there putting the side steps on in the back. I sign all the paperwork and walk out to the truck it was snowing pretty hard and Luka The sales kid was going to pair my phone so we jumped in the truck. So I drive home pull in my garage looking at the truck I realize it doesn't have chrome wheels so I contact Luka. He says they will order chrome hubcaps which they did. After doing that I find out the wheels are not 20" But 18" Great news Luka had to know this and just passed it along. So now I'm not impressed. Then I spent 2 days trying to program the heads up display which just doesn't work. Take it back to the dealer the tell me they have to replace the radio but it will be 6 weeks Great news. Today came out to start my truck using fob Wont start come to find out Dead battery Great news nothing was left on if it was it would of timed out so it doesn't kill the battery. So I come out 20 minutes later Truck starts right up Hmmm. New problem Check engine light is on Bummer. Time to go back to the dealer so I call Evan explained I needed a loaner, Bummer none available Great news. So I dropped it off got a ride home. Could not be more disappointed in this deal Its a 62000 dollar truck and it has 340 miles on it. And here I sit with no Vehicle.. More

Brought my 2019 ram 3500 Laramie in for a fuel pump recall. The first time I took the truck home leaked fluid all over my garage floor. Took the truck back still leaking after I received it back.
