Will never step foot anywhere near that place again - liars! I bought my "certified" Jeep from them March 25th, and as soon as I drove it off the lot I had issues, and constantly since then. Took it to a dealer I bought my "certified" Jeep from them March 25th, and as soon as I drove it off the lot I had issues, and constantly since then. Took it to a dealer down here where I live (4 hours away) who wouldnt fix anything with the garbage warranty they sold me, so Rob used car manager was awesome and stepped in a took care of everything then. Kind of. Got me a loaner, took care of my deductible, and even had my Jeep brought back to me. He is great, talk to him. HOWEVER, they were supposed to replace my rear window bc the defrost wasnt working, and all they did was glue the lines back together. STILL smelled the antifreeze and still had the hard shifting tranny. Had it diagnosed down here at non dealerships, who said it was an internal engine issue and the no heat problem was thermostat. Took it BACK to Szott, and had Ralph "helping" me. They pretty much didnt do jack to my Jeep except drive it around a few miles and hook up their code reader, and lie to me and the FCA caseworker handling my repairs. They didnt check ANYTHING, bc low and behold less than a month later, My Jeep is dead now, and WOW the dealer down here diagnosed IN LESS THAN AN HOUR thermostat, the antifreeze leaking from the thermostat housing, and my coil and spark plug shot. Cant diag tranny until that is fixed but apparently this isnt covered under my certified Chrysler warranty and nobody will take the garbage MBPI they sold me. I called them to see if I could have it towed up there and petty Ralph said, no you left us a bad review through Jeep so we wont touch your stuff again. SERIOUSLY?? So NOW I'm giving my bad review EVERYWHERE to STAY AWAY from that crap hole service center and buy/take your vehicles anywhere else BUT THERE!!!!! I'm asking Chrysler about buying this piece of junk back, bc it's been in the shop more than it's been on the road and I'm not wasting a $429/mo car payment on something I cant drive!!! More
