Shook hands and verbally agreed a price for vehicle provided wife liked it. Next day tried to give me a lesser vehicle for a higher price!! BAIT AND SWITCH. Was to.d that a verbal agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on. And apparently someone's word doesn't count for anything these days either! Agreed a new deal for different vehicle, and while completing paperwork I noticed THREE errors that I asked to be reviewed, and was assured they were all correct (and in my favor). I signed contract and left a happy man. They claimed to only have one of my cars keys and that I could pick up the other after the weekend, when I arrived they informed me that the REVIEWED contract was actually NOT correct, when I started questioning it things got extremely heated and aggressive, to the point that other staff came and stared at myself and my wife. When I questioned the original contract he called an employee who then moved two other vehicles to block in mine with my parents and newborn child in in and was told the deal was off and they were taking the car back. I eventually agreed a THIRD deal and got out of there. As soon as possible. Salesmen couldn't answer a thing, they are simply pencil pushers. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Lying, aggressive, disgusting people! More

Danny Partin was totally professional from initial phone calls, emails to final dealership visit. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns. I drove an hour to see Danny and drove out in my dream car three hours later!! The price was excellent,and I ended up getting a car I never expected to have. When we went into Szott Chrysler Jeep we were just shopping around. We were interested in compasses and liberty's. By some random chance we got lucky and got to work with Larry (They hide him in the b shopping around. We were interested in compasses and liberty's. He was very professional, helpful, and most of all respectful, which we know some dealers lack. In the end Larry ended up selling us a Grand Cherokee for around the price we had in mind on a Liberty. Thank you for not letting us settle on a lesser car, we would've regret it everyday. The Grand Cherokee is a far superior truck and we never thought it was obtainable thank you thank you thank you I cannot say it enough...so GO TO SZOTT Jeep walk past everyone peak behind the floor model on your right by the Foosball table and find Larry Flowers you wont regret it.. First off, be aware that the "12 hour" ads you see in the paper will be NOTHING near to what you will actually get. I saw some good reviews on this dealership so I decided to go in myself. They tried to completely rip me off on a trade-in offer. They claim to be all gung-ho on giving you the Kelly Blue Book value on your trade-in but they offered me $1,000 LESS than the KBB value for my car would be in "fair" condition (which it was not, it was in very good condition and they could not tell me why they were offering me so little). I was interested in a Liberty and this guy Keith was absolutely relentless on trying to push a Liberty with all of the bells & whistles onto me (which I said several times that I did NOT want). I was trying very hard to not laugh when he was throwing the ridiculous prices at me. As I was leaving empty-handed and getting into my car he came running out saying he'd take $1,000 off of the down payment which STILL would not have done much difference to his offer because that's how high it was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

Went to Szott cause they had a better customer service score then the local jeep dealership had. Szott had more wranglers to choose from and my sales guy Danny Partin was excellent with answering question score then the local jeep dealership had.
