They did not have one in stock, but Nick quickly found two equipped exactly the way we wanted in Ohio. The price on our trade in's was what closed the deal for us! I have purchase my last three vehicles from Szott's and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I have driven three Chrysler 300 models in the last ten years and each one gets better and better. I like the model very much and Jacob Newman “thank you very much for showing me the in’s in outs.” She has almost 1,000 miles now and I have been testing her pick up and go and I am very happy with her response. The AWD feature is a blessing to the model as well. After owning just the rear wheel drive model made in 2008 I don’t think I will ever go back to rear drive models again. I called on a 2007 chrysler 300 for sale last friday. Told adrew i was interested in the car but was test driving one similar and would let him know. So on monday i called and offered 13500 for the car with 4 year warranty he said he could not do it their cars are marked down to the best deal and he needed 15200. So i said i would keep looking. I found a blue one on Friday with 2000 less miles i made an offer of 14500 with warranty out the door. I really liked their red one though. So i emailed andrew offered him the same.got this email back send me the insurance on it fax number is 248-887-4918, $14500 out the door with 4 year warranty, we will do it and you need a new plate too? are we doing the financing or are you going thru your credit union? if so have our credit union call me and place the lean. thank you Andrew 248-529-0853 Then 7 minutes later got this hold on with that we may have just sold it i will call you shortly I waited called and he was with a customer. So i emailed this I need to know soon don't have much time before work to get a check my credit union is closed tomorrow their fax number is xxxxxxxxxx they need info on car if so. Then i got this it sold thank you andrew So i had my girlfriend call to see if it was available still she got andrew he said yes it is she told him were she was from and he figured our connection so he told her to talk to sanda when she called back. So i called doug told him what had happened he was supposed to be the manager after telling him he said andrew was above him he would ask what happened and call back. He called back and said the car is 15059 or some thing close to that and that their was an offer on it first come first serve. Mind you i had planned on buying the car saturday for the 15200 even if andrew had said no he needed the 15200. But after this i think i probably will buy one from some one else. What a joke. More

I bought my car from Danny Partin because he gave me a great deal without having to haggle. He quoted me a price which was in the middle of the prices I received, but when I went into the other dealers t great deal without having to haggle. He quoted me a price which was in the middle of the prices I received, but when I went into the other dealers the prices they gave me online were not the prices when I went to the dealerships. Danny's price was exactly what he quotes. Bonus too was he is a really nice guy when I met him. Got the paperwork done quickly and spent time to discuss all the car features. I came all the way from Ann Arbor, with about 10 dealership closer, but I'll be back to Szott's and Danny again. More
My wife and I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jacob Newman in November of 2012. Our new jeep was delivered with a whole list of issues. It had a huge dent on the roof probably a car haulers rusty chain. Rear tire was going flat on our drive home from Szott. Upon inspection of tire found a old school unsafe tire plug in tire leaking air. Front end was off a good 20% and pulling hard to the left. Car was obviously not prepped at all. Tire pressures where all over the place from 10lbs. to as high as 52lbs. The Jeep was filthy. Interior had greasy hand prints on various areas. Outside was all full of mud from their back lot and the list goes on. Texted pictures to our salesman Jacob immediately on his personal cell phone being that the dealer was closed after our hour ride home from dealer. We wanted our money back. Szott assured us that they would make it right if we kept the Jeep. We agreed to keep it and brought it back the next day. Being that I am a retired car wholesaler I was very clear that I did not want the dent repaired by painting the roof. A paintless dent removal was the only option. Scott repainted the whole roof on our brand new Jeep with overspray on 90% of the Jeep. They took this option to bill Chrysler for more money. When the Jeep was picked up I was mortified that they repainted the whole roof on a brand new vehicle. Also passenger leather seat had a hole from one of the body guys sitting in the Jeep with a tool in thier pocket. It had rubbing compound everywhere and body shop dust everywhere. This is a brand new jeep with 120 miles on it! Scott especially Eric Mann the new car manager was extremely unprofessional during this whole process. We were promised a extended warranty from Eric and never received it. He is a liar and will not return calls. We were also promised a fabric protection at closing from Jacob, never got that either. This dealer can not be trusted. Chrysler even stated that they our disappointed with Szott, lots of complaints. Beware! More
