I thought about purchasing a new car 6 months before I actually did. After 3 months, I put that thought on the backburner. I called the dealership to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler. I had no previous experience with this dealership but saw that they had more Jeep Wranglers available then other dealerships in a 50 mile radius. When I called, I was connected to Tony who answered all my questions and showed great enthusiasm for the brand and what I was looking for. He made me a promise that they would do everything they could to take care of me. My husband and I went to the dealership the next day and we were both a little skeptical that they would be able to deliver everything I wanted for the price I wanted. They really came through and did everything they could to get me a deal on the vehicle I wanted. They were very personable and easy to work with (no pressure on me - as a matter of fact all the pressure was on them). Tony and his team were determined to get me where I wanted to be payment wise without sacrificing all the options I wanted on the Wrangler. This is my first Chrysler brand vehicle and my first lease so of course I would have a ton of questions. This is the second Jeep that I have gotten from Szott and I live approx. 1.25 hrs from the dealership there are many Jeep dealerships much closer to me but they are worth the drive. They are willing to deal, no high pressure sales, have always bent over backwards to make our expeirence a positive one. This time our salesman Tony really went above and beyond to make the deal. My husband and I are business owners with very little time we actually never came into the dealership for this purchase. Tony did everything over the phone (if you have ever put a vehicle in a business name its not nearly as cut and dry as a personal purchase, its actually quite a headache). Tony always answerd or returned my calls promptly, even well after hours. He even had my new vehicle delivered to me and picked up the old one! All of my paperwork was promptly overnighted back to me. Bravo to Tony and the whole Szott team for bending over backward to accomodate our crazy schedule and get me a new Jeep that I love! My husband and I went to "only look" at new Jeeps and see how far we were from being able to afford to lease a new 2013 Jeep.
