First Internet Purchase I found Szott's Dealership on internet and begin to check them out. When I called I ask for Ben Heiden and he was easy to work with and very intereste I found Szott's Dealership on internet and begin to check them out. When I called I ask for Ben Heiden and he was easy to work with and very interested in helping me purchase the Jeep I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my Jeep. I told him want I wanted and any questions that I had he got back with me asap. I ended up with his expert assistance ordering what I wanted from the factory on 02-25-2016. On Friday April 1st Ben called me and said guest what I have for you this morning. My Jeep that I ordered was in(I thought he was pulling April fool joke on me until he text me a picture of it.) and wanted to know when I wanted to come to get it and I said tomorrow. Ben went right to work to have it prepped and ready to go Saturday. Ben told me he had a family function to go to on Saturday and Brian Velkey would take care of me on Saturday. I arrived on Saturday at opening time that morning and out front was my Jeep ready to go. I went in to meet with Brian and he had all the paper work ready to sign. We went out front to my Jeep and Brian went over everything with us and answered any questions that we had. I also meet Eric Mann(new vehicle sales manager) which helped Ben and me on the purchase of my Jeep. Everything went very smooth and I was on my way back to Indiana. I still have not met Ben Heiden(he is Great to deal with) but from my experience he is willing to assist you with your purchase and make sure you are happy with the deal you have made. The Szott's M-59 Dealership is first class and all the people that I have talked with and met with are great ambassadors for the dealership. It was a unique way to purchase a car as it was all completed via emai I recently leased a Dodge Challenger from Evan Coughlin at Szott Chrysler Jeep. It was a unique way to purchase a car as it was all completed via email. As a new nurse working midnights, it can be challenging to complete anything, so being able to communicate with Evan via email about all the details made my purchase of my dream car, reality. Evan worked hard to get us in the price range that we were comfortable with, and fell way below all the other dealerships we had already worked with. When it came to picking up the car, I requested for the car to be delivered, again Evan said "not a problem". WOW! This was by far the easiest purchase I have ever made, and was possible because Evan was punctual, patient, and open to all possibilities. I do not see us looking at any other dealerships in the future, we will always return to Evan Coughlin and the Szott dealership for all our car needs. I explained our situation and he went right to work for us! Through the whole process Ben was very reliable and always got back to me quickly. He went above and beyond meeting all of our demands and stayed patient with me even when I changed my mind on the color van I wanted. I was nervous to not take it to a Ford dealer, but took a chance based on the online reviews. Matt Malmquist and his team were so helpful with getting me a rental car (my insurance covered the rental cost), keeping me posted on the progress of the body work, and coordinating the return of the rental car. (it was not quite as straightforward as you would thing because of weekend hours). He made the phone calls to Enterprise Rental on my behalf several times. This is a big deal to me, very much appreciated as I work long hours and this was one less thing to worry about. The car looks awesome, I didn't recognize my clean shiny car when I picked it up... it was left with them smashed and grimy, and returned to me restored and clean. Hope to not need any more body work on my car, but if I do, I totally trust these guys now. Thanks! More
