Josh Holbrook is the most outstanding sales person that I have ever had. To say that is not enough. I like the rest of the public hate to buy a car, and then have to put up with a car salesperson pushing y have ever had. To say that is not enough. While shopping for my first car, I had gone to a few places and wasn't sure i was comfortable with the service i was getting. My dad came to pick me up from O.U. to go car shopping back home to see if i places and wasn't sure i was comfortable with the service i was getting. It was about 9 p.m. so we decided to just go through the lot and look. We ended up going inside and talking to Roger Hopson. Even though it was late, he took the time to let me to test drive some different types of cars he thought I would be interested in that were in my price range. I ended up falling in love with a 2008 Ford Focus; he let me drive it drive it home over night to let me see how I really liked it. I came back the next day and he took the time to answer every question I had to make sure it was definitely the car for me. The whole time I worked with the Szott Ford staff, especially Roger, I felt like I was getting the best deal with the best service. They did everything possible to make it a great experience for me. I had a remote start put in the car and while they did that they gave me a loaner car to use. They even met me at work to switch out the cars making it convenient for me. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford Dealership to those looking for honest, friendly service. I would certainly recommend Roger Hopson, he has been by far the best person to work with at the best place I worked with throughout my whole car shopping experience! More
