My fiance and I had been looking for a used truck. He is in the USAF and is stationed in TX, where they mostly sell 2 wheel drive trucks. As he will be getting out in a few months and moving back to MI we w in the USAF and is stationed in TX, where they mostly sell 2 wheel drive trucks. As he will be getting out in a few months and moving back to MI we wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle. After weeks of searching online for the best deal we found a great truck at a great price at Szott Ford. I drove 3 hours from my home to the dealership to check it out for myself. Deciding I wanted it was the easy part. Figuring out how to finance it was going to be the tricky part. Most of my money was with my fiance in TX. Scott was amazing and very patient as we tried everything we could think of to work out the fiancing. I was there the majority of the day and never once felt that I was an inconvenience or a problem customer. As far as buying cars goes I had an amazing experience and will go back again for future purchases. I would recommend going to Szott Ford if you are in need of a quality car. More

Upon needing a new vehicle, I looked around for something that would fit mine and my future wife's needs. We knew we wanted an SUV as well as something that would have much better gas mileage than our previo that would fit mine and my future wife's needs. We stumbled upon a 2008 Jeep Patriot 4x4 on Szott Ford's website and fell inlove immediately. We called on it and reached Scott Vennittilli. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what he was offering. He went out of his way to accomadate our needs by offering to drive the vehicle to us, from Holly, MI to Sterling Heights, MI. I was dumbfounded. I have never heard of a dealer offering to drive to me to show a vehicle. All in all, we are very pleased with the service we received from Scott as well as the entire dealership, Szott Ford. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the process of getting into a newer used car. I really did not want to have to bring a relative (especially my father) into the equation as a co-signer, process of getting into a newer used car. When I first spoke to Jason he was honest and upfront with me letting me know that really it could go either way but that he would do everything he possibly could to get me into a car. I went to the dealership with little hope at all and I left with my ideal car! Jason walked me through the process step by step and by the end of the night I was signing the paper work on a very nice 2008 Fusion. Even with a lower credit score I was able to secure a monthly payment that fit well within my price range. Honestly I was shocked at what Jason and the finance manager Chris were able to accomplish that night. I was very impressed with their professionalism and genuine care for my situation. I highly recommend Szott Ford. I worked with Shawn Hale on a new car lease and it was easy as can be. Shawn is extremely honest, and did not pressure us on any decision. I contacted Jason Skinner via the internet because I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Jason was friendly and very helpful.
