This is the second car that we have gotten from Szott. Worked with Anthony previously in getting our Fusion. He was straight forward and great. Especially since we had 2 kids running around! When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars. If you need a new or used car, I would highly recommend Szott Ford as the place to make your next purchase. More

I went to Szott Ford because the car I was driving died spur the moment and I needed a new one ASAP. I needed to get a used car that worked well with my budget. It fit my budget, my desire for space and reliability, and came with a ton of extras as well! He was very kind and honest and worked extremely hard with the manager in order to make this car happen for me. He was able to get it certified and warrantied as well. I am extremely happy with how hard Nick worked in order to get me a vehicle so fast. I will be coming back to him and Szott Ford the next time I need a new vehicle (but I don't see that being for quite a while due to the fact of how great of condition this car is in).
