I guess I pictured someone just trying to sell a vehicle by any means, inclu Szott Ford. I must admit I was not looking forward to this experience. However, from the minute I asked a question on the computer regarding the vehicle I was interested, it was a very pleasant experience. Scott was very well informed about the vehicle, was honest upfront and VERY patient. Not only that, but I got a great price on my trade in. The Escape was immaculate, and the small scratch I did notice was fixed within 1 business day, actually less than a day since it was the weekend when I purchased it. Not only was Scott great, but all the staff were friendly and appeared very happy...not what I was expecting, but pleasantly surprised ;). Thank you so much for a great SUV and great service! More

I waslooking for a new car to lease and saw Szott in the Sunday paper. I stopped in on a Tuesday evening, picked out my car but as the hour was late they couldn't have all the paperwork ready.
