I had been looking for an F150 super crew for over 6 months and have visited several of the local dealerships. It was a fun experience working with Charlie and Anthony. They have car speak down well---but in such a way that the customer feels a part of "The Team". But Anthony gave me the invoice copy and deal numbers to take home to Bloomfield Hills, which is about 35 miles from the Szott dealership. I could have easily gone to a dealership 5 miles from where I live, put the deal on that desk and said "match it". I did not do that. Rather my wife and I drove back a few days later and signed for a new Fusion. That is perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay to Charlie, Anthony, and Szott Ford. More
