I purchased an Edge from Tom Ryan, my sales person, in March so when the need for a cargo van, for our company, came up I knew exactly who I would call. After years of car buying, purchasing our new Ford Focus from Tom Ryan at Szott's Ford has been the most amazing experience we have ever had. But Anthony Ketchum got me approved with a new focus 2 years ago after I had to turn in my EDGE lease. When I saw the new styles of the cars, I got the "itch". I had no desire to purchase a Ford since a bad experience with Ford in 1989. I went to turn in my Arcadia and passed a Ford dealership. I thought what the heck I should look at the 2013 Explorer. I was shocked to see how many options I could get compared to my GMC Arcadia. Dan told me to take it home and make sure it was a good fit for the family. After driving both cars that day I realized what I had been missing all these years. The new Fords are light years ahead with the technology they have. We thought no way could we afford something like this. Not fully loaded with Navigation, leather, blind spot indicator, towing package, and the list goes on and on. This SUV can show the weather maps, gas prices, even ski conditions. All you have to do is ask the car to search for what you want. It can even become a wifi hot spot. So I went back to see what Dan could work out thinking in the back of my head no way is this going to work out. Well I was wrong. Dan gave a price that shocked us. Here is the deal. We got a fully loaded SUV with every option for the same price as a middle of the road Arcadia with cloth and limited options. The best part was there was no pressure and no haggling back and forth. When we decided to do the deal it took only 30 minutes. What was really cool was when we got home we got a call later that day from Dan to see how we liked the car. I highly recommend Szotts Ford for your next car purchase. More
