He took his time to help me find a nice and affordable car that was suitable for me as a young, post-graduated and he succeeded. I drove off with a new 2012 Ford Focus and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience. After choosing my vehicle, Paul was patient and took his time to show me the process of purchasing a car, being that it was my first time. He was very communicative and I appreciated all his efforts to make sure I had a great experience. After the purchase, Paul called me the next day to do a follow up and has made himself available for any questions I may still have about my vehicle. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus and leased a 2013 F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the F150 from Szott Ford. Tom Ryan has been my salesman for several years at Lasco and when he left, my service left with him. I had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Lasco in the past. I found Szott Ford to be very friendly and most helpful from the initial "hello" to the time Tom and the finance manager were helping me put the deal together for the two vehicles. My wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and informed during the entire process. There was no pressure and none of the long waiting and sometimes over done sales pitches.
