Nobody said they would pick me up or come get my car. I stayed there and it ran an hour for an oil change. I guess that is normal. Glad I had enough point for a free oil change though. This is the 4th car I’ve bought from Tom Ryan and he does an excellent job but I do agree with some of the reviews. If you are not happy you need to get in the upper management “face”…actually I sent emails and then the other department stated to respond. I think they need to clean house in the back room support groups. They can make or break a dealership IMO. I will probably just follow Tom wherever he goes. (Sung to the tune “We’ll follow the Old Man wherever he goes” (Bing Crosby…White Christmas) I would keep writing but LSF6B is now on…Bye More

Recently bought a explorer from Austin at szott, at first he came off a little fruity but was nothing but helpful, he made my buying experience the easiest it could have been and was super nice. The dealership screwed up ordering the car, it should have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. Unfortunately I took the car, believing it had Navigation since it has the touch screen. No have had navigation, which I requested when I ordered it. Unfortunately I took the car, believing it had Navigation since it has the touch screen. Now I am told, I didn’t order the car that way, navigation is not available on my Explorer (even though Szott Ford has them on their lot) I have lost my trust with Szott after many years of being a Loyal Customer If you order a car from them check and double check the paperwork yourself and when it comes in verify that the car has what YOU ordered More
Dispute having told multiple people I was keeping my car I continued to receive an annoying number of calls. When paying off my lease we were initially charged an extra $1000. When we inquired about where t I continued to receive an annoying number of calls. When paying off my lease we were initially charged an extra $1000. When we inquired about where the extra charges came from the representative went and consulted with the manager. We believe he/she made up fees to total $1000. A charge for keys, tires and some acronym the representative couldn’t explain. I won’t be doing business with this dealership again. The only reason I gave 4 stars is when I first signed the lease the service was great. More
