Tom Ryan was absolutely awesome. I have since sent 3 friends/family members to see Tom. No pressure just straight answers with options that work. I just leased my second Ford Escape from Tom Ryan at Szott Ford. From the minute we walked in the door, it was a positive experience. We had exchanged emails prior to my visit, so Tom new exactly what Szott Ford. From the minute we walked in the door, it was a positive experience. We had exchanged emails prior to my visit, so Tom new exactly what I was looking for. He had a car ready for me to test drive, and he new exactly what inventory was available. He was able to answer every question I asked. On delivery day, the weather was awful, so Tom and Norm drove the car to my house! We signed the paperwork at my kitchen table! Tom is friendly, knowledgable,and professional. I absolutely will visit Szott again, and I will continue to recommend Tom as well as Szott Ford. Thank you! More
EDIT - I originally put a very scathing review due to an unpleasant situation with my battery being fried and a miscommunication that led to me believing they weren't willing to do anything about it. I rece unpleasant situation with my battery being fried and a miscommunication that led to me believing they weren't willing to do anything about it. I received a call from the service manager, John, stating that this was not the way they did business and he sent a tech to my house to replace the battery. When a company rights their wrong, they get big points in my book. I would have preferred to have avoided the whole situation, but I am grateful they went above and beyond to remedy this. They have won me back as a customer. More

He even stayed late on a Friday night to help complete the purchase! He also followed up with me the following day to ensure all was going well with my new truck. The friendliness of the entire staff was great. EVERY employee that I saw or passed along the way said "Hi" and had a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford! More

I come from a GM family and have owned mostly GM's all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad custome all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad customer experiences with Lasco Ford we went to Szott Ford of Holly and we made the right decision. My wife and I started dealing with Szott Ford In 2012 specifically with Tom Ryan (a very personable man.) We knew within a year we would be coming into a very difficult situation. Tom was very attentive to our situation and provided us with all possible options and did not leave any stones unturned. I know because I researched all vehicle rebates and trade-in values for the past year to see how our negative trade in would match up. Tom did not sidetrack us in anyway for his own personal gain. In no way, did we ever get the feeling of a snaky sales person or dealer. As my wife and I got cold feet and did not purchase in 2012, we had to take a chance and purchase in August 2013.This is when we truly realized Tom Ryan and Szott Ford had our best interest in mind. Tom had kept in contact with us periodically through out the year and when we came into the dealership Tom had known our needs and explored all options again. We are not picky people but I am hard to impress when your'e spending a lot of money for years to come. You want a person and company who cares. Szott Ford of Holly and Tom Ryan did that. I am not a Ford or Szott employee but as long as Szott Ford continues with the same customer care, I will be a customer. Mike Godoshian More
