About a month ago I purchased a Ford Fusion from Chris Boan and Nick Riley and was extremely happy so when my husband had to turn in his truck I knew exactly where we were going to go! My husband purchased a Ford F-150 and Chris and Nick made the whole process easy as ever! I cannot say enough about Chris and Nick.....they are the best! I work at a law firm and deal with lots of people on a daily basis and I could only hope that the people I have to deal with were as nice and professional as Chris and Nick! I will refer everyone I know to these two outstanding guys!! I believe that Szott Ford is incredibily lucky to have Chris and Nick! More

Tom Ryan by far went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership/ salesman that i've never been to before or worked with. My family has been going to the same dealership for years and this was the from a dealership/ salesman that i've never been to before or worked with. My family has been going to the same dealership for years and this was the first time anyone has purchased a car from anywhere else. From the very first phone call to the time my truck was DELIVERED I felt that I was the only person Tom was working with! Tom made it a point to communicate with me through the entire process and it was his suggestion that they come pick up my trade in and drop off my truck, which was over 45 minutes away from Holly. I would personally recommend Szott Ford and Tom to anyone asking where to go to buy a new or used Ford. If it wasn't clear by now I plan on continuing to take my business to Tom and Szott Ford in the future when it's time to trade up to my next truck. Also Larry the porter who delivered my truck was the man too, very knowledgable and helped me through the lease signing and trade in paperwork! More
