Blown away with how happy I am From start to finish I was happy with my experience. I didn't even know a dealership would provide so much service and customer care. The atmosphere was amazing, every one there was nice and had a smile. I didn't even know places like this existed anymore lol. Was this a movies set and when I left the director yelled cut and everyone was went back to being normal? Almost a too good to be true scenario. Looks like I will have to be driving Ford from here on out, even if I want another brand. This is the type of service response and treatment I want to get when dropping a lot of cash on something. The finance guy Anthony Ketchum (what kind of last name is that) was hilarious. I have only met one other person funnier than Anthony, and that's my buddy Eric why? He was easy to work with and made things easy enjoyable. Almost to the point I felt like I was going to over stay my welcome because the conversation never stopped. John Wayne Gabler made sure to make everything smooth as well. When you go there and you see these two names you are in for a good transaction. I honestly couldn't be happier, I have my nice Explorer Limited that I wanted and there were no hiccups. I'll be back, my Fiance is due for a vehicle. I finally found "My" dealership. I didn't know such a thing could even exist. More

Jeff Kelley was the best salesmen I have ever experienced. His overall personality, professionalism, honesty, and respect of the customer and our time was a total class act. Jeff respected that we wanted to special order our new Flex and didn't try to sell us something off the lot. Jeff gave us the exact price, configured our order, then submitted them to us review. I followed Chris from Alan Ford in Bloomfield Hills over 15 years ago, although I had to drive almost 20 more miles to keep him as my salesperson. He changed dealerships for a well deserved promotion. It was very hard for me to give him up, but after many times trying he finally cinvinced me to try this new guy, Tom Ryan. Tom had some pretty big shoes to fill, but I trusted Chris in his decision. I am pleased to say that he was everything Chris told me. He will never meet the expetations that I have in Chris, but he is only one step behind. I have enjoyed Ford products for over 35 years. I love the company and have nothing but respect that they were the only company in the big three that didn't have to have Government assistants. The only regret that I have, is if Chris gets a better offer(in the Company) I will have to follow him. Please keep him in Michigan. More

When he was transferred to Szott Ford I continued to lease with the help of Chris. At this point I feel as though he helps me as if he was helping a family member. I have refereed many family members, co-workers, and friends to Szott Ford. They are diligent, reliable and all around a class act. This time around I also had the pleasure of working with Dave Baldini and he of course exceeded every expectation I had. He was able to quickly, yet efficiently explain my paperwork. After the paper work he helped me with all the fun, technical aspects of the Fusion. I was worried because he is a Michigan State Fan, but I let that slide ;) The whole experience was fun rather than stressful. Walking up to the door there is fun upbeat music that automatically excites you. Everyone working is nice, acknowledges your presence and more than helpful. I am also excited about the referral program Ford has set up. Even without incentive I have always recommended Szott Ford, now I feel as though I receive a Thank You for my recommendations. When I drove away I also found a card from T.J Stewart reassuring me that my car had been personally checked for quality and cleanliness. First New Car Went in looking to buy my first new car out of college and just chose the first ford dealership that came up on Google. No pressure what so ever and got to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Loved working with Mike on what my options were and he was great at keeping in touch with me and not being pushy. The financing went great and we worked out a plan so I could drive it home on Friday night to show off my brand new 2014 Fusion to everyone. As far as I'm concerned I would drive back down here no matter where I am located in the future to work with these guys and think I made a great choice not only in car but who I bought it from. More
