I've purchased many cars from other dealerships since my husband died. Szott Ford is Superb. My salesman, David Baldini always keeps me posted on the latest things. The Service man, Bill Groff and Bob Kise are both very efficient and courteous and helpful. When I leave the dealership I feel very confident that my 2014 Fusion has been properly taken care of. Even though I live about 80 miles from the dealership, I will always come back for any service that I need. The first car I bought from the dealership was a 2011 Fusion. More

Great experience here. Adam was very helpful and considerate I checked for vehicles on the Internet and went to auto show to compare vehicles without driving all over. He was able to make an impossible situation possible. Adam and management worked very diligently with Ford Credit to get the deal done on MY terms. I've never experienced this kind of service at any dealership. Even though I now have a new Fusion sitting in the garage it still feels too good to be true. They have totally changed my perspective on car dealerships. They understand the best way to succeed is with honesty, respect and having your customer be your first priority. This was an easy and stress free leasing experience- Adam took the brunt of the stress head on and did not pass it on to me at all. Because of the harsh winter we're having, I called Clay to look into getting a remote start. He set up a service appointment and had me well taken care of. Bill in service did a great job communicating with me and got me in and out very quickly, as promised.
