I came to Szott looking to trade for a family-friendly new Taurus. Mike and company worked to make the experience as painless as possible. We received a very fair offer on our trade; truthfully, it was an excellent offer with very little negotiating necessary to reach the price I wanted for the trade. The experience was the same on the new Taurus, and we agreed on a total deal in less time than you'd spend watching a sitcom. I appreciate that, as life is pretty busy at this point in time. The new car was prepped, the deal signed and I was out the door in the Taurus in under two hours. Mike was professional and competent, committed to reaching a deal. It's nice when you feel like a dealership is focused on meeting your needs rather than maximizing profit. You don't get that experience just anywhere. While you can buy a new Ford at tons of dealers, you'll just receive a better experience and deal from Szott. More

I was over miles on my 2013 F-150 and I first went to Lasco Ford Fenton .Let's just say that price was the good for "today only" pitch turned me off a I was over miles on my 2013 F-150 and I first went to Lasco Ford Fenton .Let's just say that price was the good for "today only" pitch turned me off along with the fact they wanted me to buy "today" and when that didn't work they sent 2 sales people to close the deal. I left Lasco and called Szott and talked to Tom Ryan he told me that the next day that there would be a 500.00 additional rebate and that he had options for me. Lasco never mentioned the rebate. I went out the next day Tom Ryan worked with me and there was NO pressure to buy. I bought a new Edge and I love it. I will be back to buy again since Tom was Honest and put me at ease.
