Just purchased my third vehicle from Ford, this dealership truly stands above all others. the sales people were all so great, especially Jani & Jacob. They were personable, accurate, fair. Jacob was special because he was so cute in his flowered shirt on Friday, he smelt good also. these guys deserve a big KUDOS for not only their good looks but also their personality, good vibes, great customer service. Because of Jani & Jacob I am a Ford customer forever. These guys are keepers!!!!!! More

When I was having issues with my 9 month old Escape,I called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My ve called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My vehicle was towed there and within 2 days they found the problem and fixed it. And I was offered a shuttle to pick it up. We have been a Ford family for over 40 years and it's places like this that keep us coming back. My next car will be from Szott. More
