Come to find out that the previous owner made some modifications to the vehicl I purchased a used F150 at Szott Ford along with the extended warranty. Come to find out that the previous owner made some modifications to the vehicle that were not apparent at the time of purchase and that resulted in extra cost, which was not covered under the extended warranty. Szott Ford took care of the issues at no extra cost to me. That is what a great service stands for. More

Love my Ford purchase (again)! I have been buying and leasing vehicles from Szott Ford for the past 12 years, beginning with the Focus I purchased for my daughter's 18th birthday. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from Szott Ford for the past 12 years, beginning with the Focus I purchased for my daughter's 18th birthday. There are no words that can adequately express the appreciation I have for Chris Boen and Tom Ryan. These guys have taken car buying/leasing to a whole new level. Their attitutes, willingness to work with me on the budget I have and their level of professionalism surpasses all the dealers I have dealt with in the past, and I have been buying cars since 1974! It is for this reason that, although I live and work in Detroit, I will always return to Szott Ford for my automobile needs. My daughter is now nearly 30 years old and is on her 3rd Szott Ford vehicle. She and I will always return to Szott to purchase or lease our vehicles.
