Renee Weeks is my "go to car salesperson!" I went in search of a specific make, model and color of a car. I spent a while looking, and then Renee introduced herself to me and asked if I needed I went in search of a specific make, model and color of a car. I am looking for a pre-owned Ford Escape, 2008 to 2010 in the "environmental green" color. I don't have great credit, and I'm currently stuck in a payment on a car from Rightway. Can you help me?" She said cheerfully "well, let's see what I can do for you!" It just so happened that she had the EXACT car in stock I was looking for! After a lot of work and lots of attention to my situation, I became a proud owner of the Ford Esxape I so desperately wanted!!! Thanks to Renee, I Love Ford. Now my mom ownes a new 2014 Ford Escape. And I am about to send my 5th person to Renee to have her help them drive away a happy customer and a proud Ford owner! Great Service! I purchased a used F150 at Szott Ford along with the extended warranty. Come to find out that the previous owner made some modifications to the vehicl I purchased a used F150 at Szott Ford along with the extended warranty. Come to find out that the previous owner made some modifications to the vehicle that were not apparent at the time of purchase and that resulted in extra cost, which was not covered under the extended warranty. Szott Ford took care of the issues at no extra cost to me. That is what a great service stands for. More

There are no words that can adequately express the appreciation I have for Chris Boen and Tom Ryan. These guys have taken car buying/leasing to a whole new level. Their attitutes, willingness to work with me on the budget I have and their level of professionalism surpasses all the dealers I have dealt with in the past, and I have been buying cars since 1974! It is for this reason that, although I live and work in Detroit, I will always return to Szott Ford for my automobile needs. My daughter is now nearly 30 years old and is on her 3rd Szott Ford vehicle. She and I will always return to Szott to purchase or lease our vehicles.
