My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! Tom saved me over $60/month over the same vehicle, mileage, & lease term that Lasco Ford was offering. I heartily recommend Szott Ford, and in particular, Tom Ryan. Tom is down-to-earth, and a great people person. Tom quickly & efficiently showed me the features of my new Fusion SE, especially all of the Synch features. The environment at Szott Ford is low-key and friendly. The day I picked up my lease, they were celebrating "Jersey Day"; there were Tiger jerseys along with football jerseys. I was looking to trade in my Mini Cooper for an SUV with some more room and (fingers crossed) a lower payment. Dave had kept in touch with my husband and I via email, letting us know that the 2014 Edges would be our absolute best bet. We went in on a Wednesday evening, just to see if I even liked how it drove. I loved it, and when Dave was able to work with us on the price of our trade in and the price of our monthly lease, we signed that night. And Anthony in Financing was honest with us when it came to service upgrades, etc. I felt no pressure to buy whatsoever.
