Outstanding Purchase Experience and Customer Service My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! It was a great experience and I will certainly be coming back to the two of them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Clay and Anthony and Szott Ford. More
