Service Center I bought a brand new Escape there and 4 months later the air doesn't work, not really sure if it did work considering it was winter when I bought it. Tremendous customer service, great people to work with1!! In November of 2014, I had an amazing experience at Szott Ford and Renee was friends, professional and a joy to deal with. Frankly, I made a bit of a In November of 2014, I had an amazing experience at Szott Ford and Renee was friends, professional and a joy to deal with. Frankly, I made a bit of a mistake on picking my car I wanted and she went above and beyond to make things right. I took delivery of a car which lacked a feature I wanted. Renee was able to swap it out the next day and totally exceed my expectations. The entire purchase experience at Szott Ford was fantastic and moreover, In February of 2015, I had one very minor accident where I had to get some repairs done to the front end for which the entire Szott team also exceeded expectations. In July of 2016, I purchased a new Ford Fusion which Renee was again over the top helpful in getting the deal done. I would HIGHLY recommend Szott Ford to anyone considering purchasing a new or used car, or a lease. More
