I emailed Szott around 9am, had a couple phone calls and email exchanges/texts throughout the day, and had someone come pick up my old lease and drop off my new one by 7pm without ever having to leave the comfort of my home. I was stuck in a truck that I was paying $900 a month on and had negative equity in the truck. Not only did she manage to get me into the new F150 super crew that I wanted, we got my payment down to $640 a month on a lease and got rid of the negative equity. I really didn't think it could be done, but Renee and the team at Szott made it happen. This GM employee will be driving Ford from now on! More
