I had my car in twice for different issues and when the second one popped up, as I waited for a service person to answer, I thought, "I hope Nicole picks up". She was honoring in using eye contact which I appreciated. When she said she'd get back with me, the first time took a bit of time which she may have been waiting on answers, but several times after that, she was very prompt. She let me know what she was waiting on so I felt involved and could make other plans to keep my personal schedule moving. Thanks Nicole. More

Very Disappointed I had been coming to Szott Ford for over a year and half and was very satisfied with how I was treated and the quality of the service. I have been so I had been coming to Szott Ford for over a year and half and was very satisfied with how I was treated and the quality of the service. I have been so satisfied that I have recommend this dealership to my family and friends. To the point that my father in law has asked told other family members that the only reason why I make a further commute, than most, to this dealership is that they treat me so well. Unfortunately, the last time I was there I left very angry and frustrated. I had an underbody cover that had come loose from the last time I had my vehicle serviced and the part was further damaged by the road to the point where I had to remove it to drive safely. Please note that Szott Ford has been doing all the service on my vehicle for over a year now. After noticing the defective part, I took the remains off immediately and scheduled a service appointment to get it replaced, as well as my oil changed. At the time of picking up my vehicle, I was quoted with a $240 replacement cost for "this part and was told sternly that this in no way would be covered under warranty". I told my service rep that I do not believe this was my fault and that it should be covered under warranty because it was improperly reassembled to my vehicle the last time I was there. This sparked and argument of how there is no way this was the dealership's fault and that it was a combination of "customer abuse and Michigan winter". Please note that this part has 4 bolt attachments at the front and rear of the part, as well as 2 clip attachments on the side. If properly assembled it should have no issue of the normal wear/tear of driving, let alone the time between oil changes. To avoid any more confrontation, I told the service rep that I was going to call the Ford customer service line to be reimbursed. Immediately after that, the service rep yelled out the 1-800 number to me. I told him that I do want to fight any further, that I was just giving him a common courtesy to tell him that I will be calling for further assistance. I was then escorted to the cashier to pay for my oil change but my service rep was very adamant that I still give him a positive review, as this issue was completely independent of the service that was completed today. I said OK as I just really wanted to get out of there because I was infuriated. However I while I was at the cashier, this issue was brought up again. Even to the point where I was walked out to my vehicle with the part and was explained how the part was damaged to my ill driving. At this point I had enough and I made up my mind that I will not return to this dealership. Update: Shortly after writing this review, I was contacted by the general manager of the dealership. He was very friendly and willing to help with my situation. More

A wonderful experience! My lease from another Ford dealer was coming up to its end and I wanted to get the best vehicle for the best price. I had never been to Szott Ford before, and it was a 30 minute drive, but I decided to see what they could do for me. My salesperson, Adam, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and really worked hard without pressuring me to find me the best vehicle for the best price to suit my needs and wants. He simply listened to me and provided several vehicle options. The sales manager, Chris, and the finance manager, Anthony were also just as helpful and accommodating. In fact the entire dealership made me feel comfortable. Because my experience was so wonderful I now have a Szott Ford leased vehicle, and I would highly recommend Szott Ford, Adam, Chris, and Anthony without reservation to anyone looking for a new ride. More
Replaced 2 vehicles 1 trip! Originally started shopping to replace a tired vehicle the was starting to get a little expensive to keep on the road. In the course of our shopping, Dan took extra time to research what our total vehicle expenses were monthly. The overall result was two vehicles in which fuel savings alone paid one of the payments!! Very appreciative of a sales person that still takes the time to fully understand what your "needs" are!! More

Professional, courteous, and aims to please! As an Executive Vice President of an Oil Company, my days are long. Therefore, I don’t have a lot of time to waste trying to find a new vehicle, not to mention all the negotiation and paperwork required to complete the transaction. Recently I needed to purchase a SUV for a brand new employee….and I needed this vehicle in a hurry! My company normally buys from dealerships in the middle and northern part of Michigan, however, this time I decided to give Szott Ford a call to see what sort of deal I could get. I called Szott Ford and spoke to Adam Waybrant. I told him what I was looking for, and that I wanted the best price he could give. AND….. I didn’t have time to mess around! After carefully assessing my needs, Adam came up with a beautiful 2016 Ford Edge with all the bells and whistles that were required by me. Adam was also able to beat the prices previously given to me from other dealerships! There was no negotiation needed! The best part was Adam was professional, courteous and aimed to please. He even offered to pick my employee up at the airport to present him with his new vehicle! We are very happy with the new vehicle, however…..most of all……we are happy with the level of service Szott Ford had to offer us. The next time we are in need of a new Ford, Adam at Szott Ford will be receiving a call from us!! Thank you Adam and Szott Ford! More
