Spent most of the day at the dealership with my daughter and 2 grand daughters (one of them being a rambunctious 4 year old) who is very outgoing. She made friends with everyone on the sales floor, who took the time to make her happy. Needless to say, I drove my new car home at the end of the day with a huge smile on my face. He talked me through the details of out-of-state buying and made sure I understood what to do. Chris went far beyond what any prior car salesman had done for me in 68 years of buy cars. He checked and rechecked to be sure that the car would meet my expectations and then personally delivered the car to me in Toledo, Ohio. We completed the paperwork in the comfort of my home, and while he came to the door as a salesman, he left as a friend.
