It looks like your staff is feeding you misinformation about what transpired. This is a graver concern for your business. I did not try to negotiate the price or missed any appointment. The bottom line is that I was assured that the vehicle would be on hold for sale to me through Monday (I have the email). But when I reached there on Monday afternoon it was already sold to another buyer. I have all the proof to corroborate my story. If interested let me know and I can send it to you.
