We take your concerns seriously and have reviewed the paperwork from both vehicle purchases. Unfortunately, upon our review, several details in your statement are inaccurate. One of the more significant discrepancies in your timeline is between the purchase of the Terrain and the Focus. You stated you brought the Terrain back after two days to purchase the Focus; however, it was much longer than that. We would have gladly taken the Terrain back and given a full refund had it been two days. Additionally, several of the figures mentioned in your statement are inaccurate. However, due to privacy laws, we cannot disclose the specifics of the transactions here.
