Hello again, William. We are sorry to hear you are still having challenges with your local dealership and the Ford Motor Company warranty you purchased with your pre-owned Honda. However, we are a bit confused why you continue to leave negative reviews on multiple websites that are not true. We have made several attempts to reach you with no response from you. After we spoke last week, you were delighted that we helped you understand the process, and you were going to move forward working with a dealership closer to you and not bring the vehicle back to us to repair. Perhaps you mean to leave these negative reviews for your local dealership? Regardless, our Service Manager and I have left you several voicemails today to assist you in clearing up your challenges, and we are happy to help. Also, we welcome you involving the attorney general in this matter because it is easily corrected, as we explained when we spoke last.
