Worth the wait - great service My car required a fix to its rear passenger door, they ended up needing to order additional parts to fix it, which is why it took longer than expected My car required a fix to its rear passenger door, they ended up needing to order additional parts to fix it, which is why it took longer than expected, but was totally worth the wait. They have me a loaner cruze to start, which was fine, but as soon as I mentioned that we were going to be moving, they swapped my loaner cruze for an SUV. They didn't have to, but it was much appreciated and helpful!! I hope I don't ever do any more damage to my car, but if it happens, I know where I'm headed!! More

Please contact the owner to let them know about any replacement or repairs that need to be made and the possible cost before completing the service. Please give the service team information about a vehicle's history while the owner is servicing their vehicle at your location. This would help for situations that may be recurring and not resolved with one visit. More

Terrible Experience My wife and I had our car towed to Symdon's on November 2nd. We needed the front right fender and radiator replaced. Took two weeks to get car worked My wife and I had our car towed to Symdon's on November 2nd. We needed the front right fender and radiator replaced. Took two weeks to get car worked on, when they told us it was done my wife went and picked up the car. The headlight and blinker lights had not been replaced and the check oil light was on. Once they corrected that my wife got on the highway and no more than 5 miles the car began to overheat. Stranded on the highway in the dark, my wife called Symdon's and they came and picked her up and towed the car. We were told that we would be getting reimbursed half of our deductible for their mix up and for the inconvenience. About a week later we were told the car was done again. We live about 30 minutes away so we again drove up to pick the car up. About 20 miles later the coolant gauge began to beep and had to return the car to Symdons. We didn't hear from anyone for about week which I then called to speak to the service manager, but was given another mechanic. I proceeded to explain to him about the whole situation, he told me that he would talk to others and get back to me. He never did. About another week later we were told that the engine needed to be replaced and they were waiting on insurance to give the ok. This was finally done and we finally got our car back on Dec. 19. When we asked when we should expect the reimbursement of half our deductible they told us they weren't doing that anymore. I proceeded to call Mr. Symdon himself and explain the situation, he told me that he would investigate and look into it and get back to me. It's been over a week and I have not heard from him. Bad situation all around, terrible communicators, and promised things to their customer that they didn't back up. Felt like they didn't value our time. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! More
